Michael S. Cochran (principal) holds the position of President. Educational background includes numerous ABC, MSA and AIC seminars and Montgomery College. He was a Washington Building Congress craftsmanship award winner in 1980. William L. Cochran, Jr. (principal) holds the position of Executive Vice President. Will's leadership in project management and resulting customer satisfaction has been a vital asset to the company's success. Will's work ethic and "leadership by example" management style reinforces the basics of our service environment. Will's responsibilities include those of spokesperson, operations manager, program management and budgeting. Previously, Will worked in the field as superintendent for 4 years with prior field experience of 7 years in the trade. He earned a bachelor of science in 1990 in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Salisbury State University. Tom Shoemaker holds the position of Senior Project Manager. Tom's 40+ year career in the coatings and wallcovering industry defines his knowledge of our complex trade. Tom is responsible for managing the paint and wallcovering functions of his multi-million dollar contracts; product submittals, project scheduling, customer relations, staffing and resource allocations all the while maintaining the high level of quality expected of every project. He is a resource for knowledge and thru his experience leads us to achieve success on all projects. |
Mark L. Jeffress is Vice President of Sales and Estimating . His 30+ year career in Construction Management has brought estimating processes and skill to our painting and wallcovering discipline. His background is diverse, while holding management positions during his career. Mr. Jeffress leads a strong sales team, works through complex estimates & budgets and converts them to wins for the company. His strong relationships in the industry build a foundation of credibility and trust with our clients. Earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Construction Management Technology from Oklahoma State University Lisa K. Palmer is the Senior Estimator. Lisa's responsibilities include all aspects of preparing estimates on conceptual, budget, negotiated and competitive bid projects. Lisa's early career was spent with Glen Construction Company, where she began as an Assistant Project Manager. She later became a Project Estimator and Estimating Manager responsible for coordinating the pre-construction phases of all work, preparing estimates of job costs for contracts and preliminary scheduling of project durations. Lisa's duties includes full charge construction document review, survey take-offs, pricing, client relationships. Her focus here is on the more complex projects that the firm chooses to bid. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University |
